Terms of membership

  1. The dining club shall be presided over by a lifetime President.
  2. Dinners will be held at regular intervals at unique historical venues.
  3. Membership of the club shall be open to all individuals or business entities associated with interim management.
  4. A joining fee is payable at the commencement of membership.
  5. A quarterly subscription fee is payable in advance by standing order.
  6. Members may invite one guest per dinner. Guests may be a colleague, client or any other person involved with interim management. Any one guest is eligible to dine once. For attendance at a further dinner they will need to apply for membership in their own right. Spouses and partners may only be invited as a guest if they themselves fit the above criteria.
  7. The President shall have the power to determine the membership of any member whose conduct has been prejudicial to the interests of the club. Such a decision will be final.
  8. Members are to meet the requirements of the dress code at each event as notified.
  9. For late cancellation of an event, 72 hours written notice is required to receive a credit for the cost of dining. Otherwise the total cost will be payable.
  10. The minimum term of membership is one year.
  11. To cancel membership the Club requires 3 months notice, given in writing.
